My daughters car went in and they did £391 worth of work without any authorisation whatsoever and only found extra work was done when she phoned to see if the car was ready when I queried the bill I was met with aggression and rudeness and phone put down mid conversation that shows what you are dealing with.
Don’t use. Carried out unauthorised work of £390, for something that wasn’t broke when it when in, can’t evidence with photos or invoices that the work was even carried out. Became very rude and aggressive when asked politely to provide evidence. Then also lied saying they used genuine parts from LR even when LR can’t even get parts currently.
These guys really know their stuff. Good price for great service

I thoroughly recommend Staffordshire 4x4. I had an emergency in my Discovery as I headed away on a long drive to Scotland for holiday, when the aux belt sheared. They performed miracles to help, ordered a new belt, fitted it in no time at all and we were on our way within an hour. Nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly, honest and good humoured and I highly recommend them.
First of all very nice & polite people but Had a problem with my hazard light coming on and would not go off . Took it here Alex had it 3weeks and replaced ecu / re programmed - brake switch totalling a bill of £370 . Anyway got it back and the hazards stayed off because he pulled the 10amp fuse out and passenger side headlights & rear side lights where not working due to the fuse been pulled also have multiple fault codes on the cluster & hole in ace pipe under drivers wheel arch which was funny because 2 days before I took it I painted the calipers and it was not leaking? Got it back home and noticed it was pouring out Basically give him £370 for nothing and had more problems.
My name is Pete and I have a Land Rover. Now that confession is done, I have been taking my Land Rover to Staffordshire 4x4 since 2017. The service is friendly, helpful and generally fantastic. I keep breaking the car with off road abuse and Alex and Jodie always fix it. If it wasn't for them I probably wouldn't be able to afford to keep it on (and off) the road. It is also my every day vehicle. I keep trying to find an issue they can't solve but have failed so far. That includes a totally dead engine, Haldex issues, brakes, steering, clutch, you name it. The car is there right now and I know it will come back driving better than it ever did. The best thing I can say is that I trust them completely. There are very few companies that I can say that about. If you have a Land Rover, you need to bring it here.
Alex and Jodie at Staffordshire 4x4 are both very friendly and professional. I've been using their garage ever since I bought my Disco 4 and would not go anywhere else. I've had regular services done, software tweaks, turbo pipe modification, brakes etc etc. Each time the car goes in as planned and comes back with all work done perfectly and much cheaper than main dealer. In today's day and age it's difficult to find a garage that you can trust but if it's good honest reliable service you need this is the place to go. I've even dropped in just for some advice and Alex and Jodie are always happy to help.
