Sullen staff, especially considering I'd just spent over £100 in the store! Three stars because it's well-stocked and a vital outlet, but no more than three because of attitudes
The pharmacy team at Boots Kettering always go above and beyond to help me to sort out my parents' medication. A special mention to Jo who is ALWAYS especially helpful. I cannot compliment this team enough.
Shop assistant tried to short change me by £5. I gave her £30 ( 20 & 10 ) for purchase of £24 . She insisted I gave her £25 . My notes were folder once , she dropped the £10 on the open till and picked up a crumpled £5 insisting that's what I gave her . I stood my ground and told her I saw her drop the 10 on the till . Took a while to get this sorted with no apology. Not sure if it was deliberate or not , still it was humiliating . Be carefull .
Pharmacist didn't bother getting off her chair to look at my son's rash on his arm. Just said keep using the cream. So unprofessional. The sales girl was more helpful
There are only thieves in this store I bought a perfume from them I got home when I opened it there were stones inside I went back to them they blamed me unbelievable what is happening

Great staff, as soon as we walked in we were asked if we required any assistance. A clean and well laid out store with a busy collection point. From clean ear products to sleep products as great shopping experience
It's a small and a bit busy shop. The rep we spoke to, was very helpful and explained the use of the products we bought nicely.
Wanted to buy perfume but did not know what I wanted, customer assistant was not very knowledgeable around purfumes. Would of liked to of tried more perfumes myself but all were behind locks.
