Tony was so polite and helpful, he asked us what kind of thing we were looking for then sent us a number of machines to look at and choose from with no pressure, then arranged to deliver it today. We had Tony come round to fix our Washing machine as it was badly leaking water....he told us it was beyond repair so with his advice decided on a New one which he quickly delivered and installed for us.    He was very rude didn't listen to anything I had to say basically said I was thick kept trying to tell me it was my own fault for my washing to keep burning in the dryer yes he took it away to take a look at it tried it once and said it was fine that I was over loading it even though I've tried small loads big loads medium loads and still washing burns in it I've even tried the dryer balls and his bad attitude was that he didn't care and it was simply my incompetence

   I given 5 stars would give 10 if possible. This company is fantastic. Tony said he would come at 10a.m and he did Washer went bang and Tony came to look at it and advise us(did not know him) we decided to have a new one. Tony recommended Hover we said yes he went out to get one it was up and running by 11 30am first class machine he also set our new dryer all at a good price. Looking on internet can be dodgy. I can recommend Tony you will have no problems with him he is a great bloke. Thanks a lot Tony will always use you for all our appliances in future. Don
