Not all but some of the stuff is very unpleasant towards the customers. I do not recommend at all. Especially if you're about to drop your parcel just go somewhere else.
Just tried to post an everi parcel and the white woman was soo rude. Lovely Asian woman behind the counter. This the third time I've tried to post a parcel that they wouldn't take because they haven't got the room. Why offer this service if you haven't got the room. I won't be using that shop ever again.
I had a missing parcel, and the staff over the last couple of weeks were helpful in trying to locate it. But the staff member when I rang yesterday was rude & sarcastic. I eventually got my delivery!
I thought I went back to stone age!!!! The shop staff was so rude to my mate when he only was trying to get her attention that he was waiting at the till for a while, and when she came over she start serving someone else instead so I thought I have to say something and wow!@##% she erupted and the best bit is when the manager came, instead of to calm things down she was even worse she was shouting so loud to the point not only I'm not going back there but I'm not even going to drive through there ever again. Honestly if I could give them a lower score I would.
The most awful experience with a staff member. She was so rude to a female customer in front of myself and others. I have never seen such bullying in a public environment. Any other employment the individual would have been sacked. I’m sure the ladies name was Mel.
A good selction for a small local shop. Plenty of alcohol and snacks. Not the place for a full weekly shop though.
