   I called and asked about a problem I've been having for a while - he diagnosed the problem in minutes (despite my lack of knowledge of my own PC), recommended a specific piece if equipment on amazon, I bought it, installed it and it worked! All from a phone call, he didn't take any money from me or anything just helped me out with his extensive experience and now I'm all sorted. Will 100% be going to him in future with all device related issues!

   A really nice guy knows his stuff and provides a first rate service at a fair price. Gets on with the job keeps you informed from start to finish. I took my computer to him on Tuesday afternoon and within an hour had found the problem and ordered the part. Contacted me again on Wednesday evening to say it was ready to collect.
