The lady named Kristin seemed doesn't understand her job. I would not suggest to work woth her . HORRIBLE she doesn't work there . I came earlier with the same items and guys said everything is fine. When she checked it, it seemed she doesn't understand her job and said that my gold item is not gold. It was funny, because I was before and the other employees said it's gold.
Attended This Location 03/05/25 In The Afternoon With A Friend That Was Parting With Some Unwanted Items, Whilst Waiting For My Friend I Observed The Conduct Of The Staff . Staff Member Colletta (Think That Was Her Name) Really Really Courteous With My Friend Who Is A Retired Lady And Had Never Used This Type Of Establishment Before, Equally This Was My 1st Time Entering Such Establishment. Colletta Was So Professional And Explained Every Process, However Colletta Had To Leave So She Handed My Friend Over To The Manager Kye, Who Also Provided Exemplary Conduct And Patience , Very Informative Too. I’d Like To Pass My Thanks To Both These Staff Members For Their Professionalism With My Friend Whilst I Sat Waiting Patiently For Around 40-60Minutes! Oh And The Manager Was Also Easy On The Eye ! #EyeCandy ! TYSM
Visited the store today with my daughter & her friend. There were two members of staff (male & female) who served us. The woman was abrupt & extremely rude stating she did not believe the item was gold and was making my daughters friend very uncomfortable for no apparent reason. She then gave me a low price on gold so went to Adam's Gold in the Harper Center who gave me £50 more than her offer. May I say I would give zero stars if I could for the attitude received from this individual today but I can't, so the two stars go to the gentlemen who's customer service and attitude was much better.
Very happy with H&T. Anca gave me a verbal quote over the phone but suggested it be best if I came into their shop in Bedford. Once there she actually gave me a better price than that quoted on the phone. Would definitely be happy to use H&T again.

The staff in the shop was extremely helpful and attentive specially Anca, she was super professional and explain me all the steps in the process of using the money transfer services.
All of staff at H&T are extremely friendly and super efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to pawn. I have tried other pawn brokers in the area and they were not helpful. One of the staff members Nicoleta was fantastic and gave a 10/10 service and tended to my needs.
