Sloppy and extremely long jeweller repair. After taking one extra month for the repair I got dirty, bended earring fixed with silver and with new micro scratches. Would not recommend bringing your gold for repair here. Edit: repair docket 18307
I love Woodroffe’s. I’ve used them for multiple aspects… purchasing jewellery, making custom made jewellery, valuations, and ring resizing and they’ve excelled at it all! The staff are wonderfully helpful and knowledgable, and the best bit is they aren’t pushy or hard sellers, instead very respectful and non-pressurising. I’ve recently consulted with Barry to have some bespoke earrings made and from materials, to design, they really listened and created exactly what I was after. They were able to set some loose diamonds into stunning platinum earrings which really show off the beautiful stones. Highly recommend all of their services! My only complaint is they have too much beautiful jewellery, it’s hard to avoid the shop every time I’m in town now… Very happy camper and a great asset to Shrewsbury. Thanks again!

I wanted to share my experience of this jewellers as it has been so fantastic. I wanted to get a signet ring for my husbands 50th b'day during lockdown. I got three quotes, Woodroffe was by far the best price. Actually by almost half of another jewellers in Shrewsbury for the same ring. The ring is really fabulous, the engraving is perfect and just a lovely ring. They did so well doing the family moto from a picture. I live in Hertfordshire and I have to say that this jewellers is worth using where ever you live. I was kept informed all though the process and even got a hand written note with the ring. We took my husband re placement wedding ring in to be re-sized. Spoke to the silversmith and he was confident it could be done. We had been told by another jewellers in Whitchurch, it wasn't possible after waiting over 4 months for the ring to be returned. Collected my ring yesterday and it fits and look fabulous.
