Shopping centre traffic makes access and leaving slower after a visit to the lakes. Interesting to see how the Beavers are already laying Willow by the fence near the viewing platform of Delta lake
My car is being kept on this property by one of the residents and I'm being refused entry to retrieve it back. Cannot find any contact details for the new owner to gain access.
Gorgeous place for walking dogs..but muddy and car park a bit awful due to fly tippers and drug users who have left these gas canister bottles everywhere...but if you can overlook these negative points you'll have a fabulous walk
Entry was concealed, car park full of used canisters and rubbish. Guide board was in car park. Started to walk along a long narrow path full of stinging nettles to get to the lakes. Got bitten and didnt get a good feel of the place. Turned back half way. Unless there is another entrance not on google maps i wouldn't bother. Might have been nice lakes, i dont know!
one of my favourite places members only for jetskiing and speed boating but you can have a nice walk threw the nene valley
Lovely setting with a great selection of wildlife. Mind the roaming cattle. Friendly enough but ylyiu get a shock when they stroll past you!
3 stars at the moment as the construction work for the new lake complex has closed quite a lot of the area down. It's a beautiful and peaceful location normally.
