Great walk and it only took less than 30 min to go around the lake. A little family retreat before shopping.
I loved the walk around the lake to kill some time before dinner. I particularly enjoyed the sculptures by the side of the paths around the lakes. It's around a 35 minute walk around the lake.
Good place to spend day if with kids, worth coming from 20 miles away.
Beautiful leisurely walk around the kake. Can get muddy when wet. But great to be in fresh air and look at the nature. Great for dog walkers as well

Great place for a walk with little surprises along the way. Great for children. My 3 year old granddaughter had a lovely time.
A great experience for the whole family. Walking around the perimeter of the lake is a breath of fresh air. There is a play area for children to let off steam. The path around the lake is push chair and wheelchair friendly. Try and spot the wood carvings of creatures as you walk around. It also a good place to walk the dog. Afterwards, treat yourself ti a tea or coffee with something naughty in one of the many cafés. This walk makes a great outing for everyone.
Rushden Lakes is amazing, lots of shops and great places to eat. Then there is a nature walk to explore after all your shopping. The swans were so calm swimming in the quite lake..
