Arrived when the doors were locked and apparently 7 minutes is too long to take to figure out the business isn't open and constitutes a £100 fine for failure to report to reception of a closed building.
Used to be a really nice place with a multifunction room with a bar that was great for family parties as well as a very accommodating pool room however seems like they are no longer open.

Cue World is a great place to go if you're looking for a quick game of pool or snooker no matter your skill level. The staff are great and provide the cues chalk and everything else necessary for a good time. Drinks are also available here if your out with friends. All in all, it is a great place and have never had any complaints.

We where so disappointed with this place, we had always booked parties here but normally birthdays, this time we did a lesbian engagement and my god the women in charge was so horrible and homophobia she was not kind made so much judgment spoke to the happy couple disgusting did everything in her power to ruin the whole party, she turned our food up side down so all the decorations got ruined she didn’t give us our cake. So we didn’t see the cake at the party, she kept switching light on and ruining the atmosphere, she was hidious to other staff who was young and training. She spoke really harsh and kept raising her voice at us. She did everything in her power. I told the manager they offered me to do the party all over again when I said what had happened but the girl don’t want to now and it took them a lot to do this as they struggle with learning disabilities and being hated on for being a couple they offered a free room which is fantastic but it doesn’t make up for what’s happened and we don’t have the money or resources to do one now and why would we want to have a party with that type of homophobia I wouldn’t have a party here again due to all the cruel things she did. I new she was getting disaplind as she’s done it before multiple time they said. But they haven’t been back in touch. Very disappointed with the venue because the other staff are lovely and make the place a good atmosphere. Going to have to give low stars due to packing up the party because she had just caused so many issues

Went to wedding ,it's set over two floors and has a lift to both floors and disabled access entrance, the decor and furnishings are in good condition there is also an outdoor seating deck. The bar was operated by two very pleasant and capable young ladies serving beers wine and spirits as well as soft drinks price's we're acceptable, a pleasant evening.
