The watermeadows is a lovely place for a walk especially when the sun is shining. The path around the main part means nearly everyone can enjoy this special place.
A 1 k shale path ok to walk not sure about pushchairs have seen but not tried Plenty of open dpsceidesl for the dog.
Nice area to walk dog but marred by having to carry dog poo bag all the way around. Need more dog poo bins, no good putting 2 at the entrance. Also im 69 and needed a sit down but not any benches on right hand side.
Nice and quiet place. Great for walking your dog.
I love walking at the Watermeadows, it has a solid pathway in place which is accessible for all and good even if it's raining. There is a lovely little play park and benches to sit for picnics. On colder days the Brewrey is open for drinks, the mound gives a lovely vantage point to see across the town and the river is a pleasant feature which is full of ducks and other wildlife. The adjoining Easton Neston Estate which boarders the Racecourse is a private estate which is not open to the public however there is a lovely little walk around the boarder which brings you around the village of Hulcot and back out just next to Watermeadows it's around a 5k walk. Watermeadows has a weekly parkrun which is an excellent PB route as it's quite a flat route.

Lovely place to walk your dog , proper foot pathways for when it's wet with a free car park nearby.
Great place for a walk or a jog with or without a dog now they've put pathways in it's wheelchair accessible in the summer you can have a paddle in the Tove great stuff
