Very poor customer service. Failed to respond to email communication about a booking made, then when a further message was sent via WhatsApp weeks later, no response, but my booking was cancelled with just 10 days notice, due to insufficient attendees. Not only have I lost the opportunity to do a wreath workshop this year, but I’m out of pocket too as the booking fee was not refunded! Avoid.
