   We ordered a basket of flowers for our sister in law funeral asked for a ribbon to be put on also with her name on it, when thy turned up they was in a box that looked like they had come out of a store no name either, the flowers was lovely but we was soo dissapointed as they looked out of place standing with the other sheaths etc just looked like a pot plant... It certainly had no recognition to the description and image shown on the website so certainly a false advertisement for this particular product and certainly not value for money.

   The flowers arrived on time and my Sister was delighted with the beautiful basket arrangement of white and cream flowers. I didn’t know the florist I used because I ordered them online but the website was very simple to use. Very happy with this purchase. Would recommend to local people.

   Paid extreme amount of money for flowers for valentines when Delivery turned up at the door. I expected 50 red roses no green leafs all tied tight but no I had these instead I was absolutely devastated. The roses were dead. The petals had hold in them. They came tied in a red piece of string with white sticks sticking out of them. Do not recommend would advise anyone to stay away

   Ordered an autumnal bouquet, balloon and box of chocolates for my mother in laws birthday online last week, I had ordered previously a few years ago and to be honest I'm so upset with what came today as you can see in the photo it wasn't what I had ordered, the bouquet itself was sparse, limp, dying and broken flowers and then to top it off no balloon that I ordered (no call to ask if replacement was ok) and the person who dropped it off said the chocolates and a candle was a replacement when I bought the chocolates! I feel like I could of got all this from sainsburys for a 3rd of the price and wasted alot of money. I do not recommend and would avoid!

   Recent funeral flowers ordered. Requested colour combination was blue & white. The flowers were a strange muted trio of colours & nothing like requested. Also my Sisters casket spray was poorly executed & looked thirsty & limp. Very unimpressed.

   Telephone them yesterday, having never used them before, wanted to send my Mum some same day flowers, within 3 hours, Mum phone me to say that they had been delivered! Can't say quicker or better quality flowers. Astounding service! Perfect bouquet as well, pink roses and lilies, superb quality.
