I ordered flowers from New Zealand and Amy (florist) took the time to contact the hospital on my behalf to ensure fresh flowers were acceptable and kept me informed by email. The service, product and communication was exceptional.

   I called to order a bouquet of flowers for a friend's birthday to be delivered the following Monday. I also asked for a picture of the flowers so I could see the arrangement that was going to be delivered. I received a photo of the flowers via email and was very impressed and so happy with the bouquet. My friend will love them thank you so much.

   I placed a last minute order at 10.30am this morning for same day local delivery! There was a large range of flowers to choose from online. It was difficult to choose due to such a vast range. I found the whole online ordering procedure so easy! I placed the order and thought I might hear from the recipient much later in the day. Within 2 hours, I had a text saying how lovely they were and what a lovely surprise! I was so surprised at the speed of delivery and the great quality of the flowers! They really did look as good as the picture online, if not better! Thank you Bedford Florist - Amazing

   Ordered this morning for my daughter-in-law who was having a rotten morning. They arrived a few hours later and she us thoroughly pleased with them. I usually use a big online company but after today any flowers u send in Befgird I'd Kempston ill order again from this company. Thank you for cheering her up with these beautiful fliwers

   Firstly, the communication & delivery was excellent. Sadly that is where it ends... I re-used this florist as they did provided our flowers for our wedding last year on the exact date, as a surprise to my wife on our first anniversary, and at our wedding the flowers where genuinely exceptional... but these, as a gift was, in my opinion as a first anniversary really poor...It is not the cost of approx £60.00 inclusive of delivery that i have an issue with, but the disappointment of the condition and freshness of the flowers...I will only give an honest and constructive opinion /review.
