   ⭐☆☆☆☆ Not a great shopping experience. When I was at the till, the staff were joking and talking to another worker through earphones while scanning my items. It felt unprofessional and not very customer-focused. I wouldn’t recommend based on this visit.

   Great and large shop with lots of good products including wears, flowers & decorations, and other accessories, etc. Though I couldn’t get all I wanted today but they always have lots of products at affordable prices and good quality.

   I would give 0 if i could . i was in the old Wilko's store on the Andrews Shopping Park Hessle Road. on 14th December stood at the checkout waiting in line to pay when a very large RAT ran across the floor and hid its self under one of the checkout a man who was shopping in the store told the staff what he had seen so instead of explaining the situation and asking the customers to leave or at least clear the area and at this point i wanted nothing more then to get to the exit but 3 male staff took it upon themselves to catch the rat while the store was full of shoppers and a few very young children . so they started pulling things away from the till i was always told never to corner a RAT especially one that size because they will bite and they don't care who. At this point we couldn't leave the store because the male staff and the RAT was now blocking the exit then another idiot came from the back of the store with some sort of stick in his hand and they used it to catch the RAT all this was done in front of the shoppers at this point the RAT was screaming and yes it was a RAT but it's still wasn't something i wanted to hear .not one bit of attention was given to the customers especially the one's with very young children in prams . Absolutely ridiculous behaviour by all the staff and i know they probably won't care i'm just one person but after the way they handled it i won't be shopping in the store again .
