   I took my dog to see Olivia Antony at Willows. Olivia was wonderful. I have a very nervous dog and Olivia was fantastic with him. She was so calm with a softened approach. I cannot recommend her enough. Olivia was really knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of my questions in a manner that I understood. I think my dog will be a lot calmer on his next app with Olivia

   Olivia , the Vet on duty today was really wonderful with our Lara our Deaf Dalmatian . Having to be parted from us in one visit during Lockdown, to have a bite stitched , she’s since been extremely anxious and frightened about going to the Vets . Olivia was very skilled and patience in handling her and very understanding . Lara hasn’t had a jab yet , that she was booked in for but for the first time in a long while she was neither aggressive or fighting to get out . The plan now is to do a few call in’s to get her use to going in and perhaps get the odd treat for calling . Thanks to the whole practice team for a great job See you soon .
