Extremely Bad Customer Service At A Sensitive Time Ordered flowers for a funeral in Ireland in Flitwick Florists for my uncle who passed away the evening before. Chose the flowers and wrote the note. Flew out to be at the funeral and was shocked to see the note on the flowers had wording that didn’t make sense (keep fuddly…). Felt something should be said, as this is why we went to a professional. Lorraine told me it was due to short notice??!!?? Due to broad Irish accent the message was not understood (surely this would have been checked in writing). When you take someone’s money, you take the responsibility. I was made to feel I should be grateful the order wasn’t cancelled as a Irish florist couldn’t be found. Any kind of goodwill gesture would have been donated to Marie Curie but unfortunately, all that was offered was “so I can only apologise for the mix up with your message”
Ordered flowers saturday 9.0am for delivery saturday. Was told they could do this wirhout question. No delivery and shop shut at half day so could not even go and collect flowers or get a refund to shop elsewhere. Shameful service
