   We get flowers from Andrea for every employees birthday and we all share the same opinion, her flower arrangements are absolutely beautiful as well as her service. She is always there for us, even if we are quite often very last minute. I have never had such a gorgeous nice bouquet before and are now buying flowers for everyone I know and love. The quality of the flowers is fantastic and they last for weeks, if you treat them right. Her shop is a little unique hidden gem and she deserves all the support she can get. We are very lucky to have her. Angelina

   The bouquet was very pretty however, unfortunately, after one day quite a few flowers had died and many were drooping. I immediately called and spoke to the owner and said the flowers were pretty however they were dying. The owner suggested that it was my fault, asking if the flowers were in water, and then added that she had left the flowers in a sunny spot on my porch as I wasn’t at home when they were delivered. This was not my fault though. She was very cross and curt as though I had done something wrong! She asked me to bring them back to the shop so she could get the flowers ‘investigated’. She offered no apology and no replacement flowers. I then asked if she would be offering a replacement bunch and she snapped at me and said: I said I would! (She actually had not). She then changed her mind and said she would come to my house (the next day) and collect the dying flowers and bring a fresh bunch. There was absolutely no apology offered for the inconvenience caused. When she arrived at my house today, the second bunch looked nothing like the original bunch. When I mentioned this, she said they never ever make the same bunch. (I’ve never heard of a florists not repeating the same bouquet.) She stood at the door, raised her voice at me saying: do you want these or not?! I don’t have time for this! I was absolutely stunned by her attitude. I felt quite intimidated. I accepted the second bunch (as it was a birthday present from my brother who lives abroad) but I wish now that I hadn’t, as the whole experience was so unpleasant. I’ve never in my entire life met someone as rude as this woman. In summary , I would definitely NOT recommend this florist. The original flowers died after one day, and even though the flowers were exchanged (reluctantly), the second bunch was totally different to the first (more basic flowers than the first and lots of pink instead of the lovely purples) . The owner told me clearly that there is never a guarantee on flowers. The worst bit is that the service is the genuinely the most unnecessarily offensive I’ve ever experienced in my life. Especially as it was delivered to me at my house. I feel quite shaken. The photos at end show first bunch compared to second bunch last photo. Let’s hope they don’t die as well. EDIT- In response to your response Andrea, none of what you’ve said is factual. From what I allegedly said to you nor what the sender said to you. You have ruined a lovely birthday intention. This is highly unprofessional behaviour.

   The very best florist in the world. Andrea’s attention to detail and artistic eye is incredible! The care, talent and skill is one in a million. Her knowledge is outstanding and she will go above and beyond for everybody. The shop is beautiful, and a real treasure trove. Andrea is an asset and the beating heart of Kimbolton, we are incredibly lucky to have her on our doorstep!

   Andrea was wonderful, kind, helpful and very accommodating - she made beautiful bouquets, corsage’s and button holes for my daughters wedding. She even managed to include wheat off of our farm which the bride really wanted and made the arrangements extra special! Andrea hand delivered the flowers early and wonderfully presented on the day. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and brilliant! Highly recommend!

   Andrea is a superstar. I can go into the shop and leave her to choose a suitable arrangement, she goes out of her way to be helpful and her knowledge is second to none. She creates beautiful arrangements and it always has that personal touch. Andrea always goes above and beyond. We are very grateful at the School to have such a lovely local supplier.

   Andrea is fabulous, and I will 100% be ordering bouquets and gifts from her again! She took the time to locate my parent’s secluded cottage in advance, and check in with me to arrange for delivery when we knew they’d be home. Furthermore, she went externally to acquire a bottle of bubbly to make Mother’s Day even more special for my mum! My parents were really impressed with the flowers, and chuffed that Andrea followed social distancing guidelines and wore a mask for delivery. Highly recommend!

   Andrea is an Angel. Mum is in hospital - no flowers allowed and although the flower shop doesn't sell soft teddy's, Andrea went out of her way to get Mum a Dumbo soft toy (fabulous choice) and also hand wrote a card and donning her face mask drove to Hinchingbrooke to make sure Mum knew I was thinking of her. This act of kindness and going above and beyond seems typical of the way Andrea runs her business. Can't recommend enough - bespoke, personal, kind service. A* The photo of the pink champagne is to say "Cheers to Andrea" for going the extra mile!

   Andrea did my wedding flowers in August and they were all stunning. I enjoyed dealing with Andrea as she is so friendly and helpful and I had every confidence that the flowers would be exactly what I wanted, and they absolutely were...........beautiful.. Andrea also took the time to drive to the wedding venue a few days before to ensure she knew where it was on the day, which I thought was very thoughtful of her bearing in mind it was near Northampton. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrea and I will most definitely be visiting her lots in the future. Thank you Andrea.
