Wan did a thourough clean of my very dusty victorian house. She also fitted me in last minute which we hugely appreciated! Wans attention to detail is exceptional, she cleaned every inch and even removed some paint from our glass wooden windows for us. Nothing was too much. Wan did a deep clean of our bathrooms, kitchen and hallways. Did a great job. Left us wondering why we didn't ask her sooner. Ongoing, Wan will be doing a fortnightly clean for us. Before doing the deep clean, Wan visited to do an assessment and offer a quote. She talked through what she was able to do and gave an accurate quote of cost. Friendly, professional, punctual. I used Newclean for the first time this week and was genuinely impressed. They were incredibly thorough, the kind of attention to detail you don’t often see - they were even inside the toothbrush holders in the bathroom! They managed to get the taps sparkling again, deep-cleaned areas I wouldn’t have even thought to check, and left the whole place looking fresh. I was especially amazed at how well they handled the ingrained German Shepherd hair in the carpets, something I’ve always struggled with. The house looks and feels completely transformed. Wan came to do a deep clean on our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property and did an amazing job. While it was "surface level" clean it was in desperate need of a deep clean and that is exactly what Wan did! She worked for 10 hours and the place was spotless after. Would highly recommend

Wan and her team have just done a deep clean of our bungalow. They arrived promptly and fully equipped and by the time they left, our house was absolutely sparkling! Even the water taps are gleaming and around our home Wan managed to remove even long-standing stubborn stains I didn't think would be possible. She is every inch the professional and spots even the tiniest of cobwebs in hidden corners. Her team are very efficiently organised. Wan also happens to be a really lovely person and it's a privilege to have met her. We are delighted with the job she did for us!
