No response to a request for a quotation, a week after contacting them via their website. Mindboggling how a company which ignores communication from potential customers can get in top position on Threebestrated. Doesn't inspire any confidence with regards to reliability either.
Although I never got round the to actually using the company, the staff were still very professional and pleasant to speak with so I give them 5 stars for that.
Absolutely brilliant service. I had to contact Golden Cleaners very last minute (same day) and Aury managed to accommodate a deep clean after tenancy. His team were fabulous and I'm so much happier it has been them rather than the one recommended through CJ Properties
A very good job at a good price. Builders had worked in all rooms and the whole house was dusty and dirty. Needed the job doing urgently to accommodate carpet fitters and they spent almost a full day cleaning the house from top to bottom. Very pleased with price, standard and availability.
I have been using Golden Cleaners to clean my student properties since 2014 and they have been excellent. I am glad I can rely you guys at any time of the year. You deserve your 5* rating. Thanks once again.
