We ordered seasonal flowers displayed in a Trug. The Flowers were delivered within 3 hours of ordering them and looked as beautiful as they did in their picture on the website. Recipient was delighted with them Will use Skipps again
I recently ordered an aqua pack of bright coloured flowers for a friend's family following a tragic and sudden death. I was on holiday abroad at the time. They arrived promptly with no problems and were beautiful. The family really appreciated them and said out of all of the flowers that they had received they were by far the best. Then you so much for your hard work and consideration I'm a very appreciative .
I have used Harry and his teams services a few times and have I always been blown away by the bouquets and arrangements they have produced, the wide range of seasonal flowers and unlimited possibilities using specific instructions (heights of the flowers/greenery, colours, how many of each flower, ect.) within their abilities together with special messages if you wish, make their services perfect. The recipients have always loved their flowers and they have always been of the highest quality and vibrant, with endless size options and reasonable prices for this level of quality this is the only place I can trust to get my flowers from. The flowers also come with instructions to keep them and have always lasted weeks (should they be looked after).
Initially, I ordered a handtied bouquet, which I wasn't that happy with when I got home. I received a call from them after I'd posted a review. They asked me to take the bouquet back, which they amended, after which it was superb.
Ordered a bouquet of flowers for a local delivery so no third parties involved. Spoke to the florist prior to discuss availability and requirements. Viewed images on their website with the florist and ordered . Images on the website are advertised as a standard bouquet / arrangement for a set price. There is an option to buy a ‘ luxury bouquet at extra cost , I asked for the a bouquet that was even pricier than the ‘ luxury ‘ bouquet as I wanted to impress. Monies paid , flowers delivered. Received with thanks and gratitude. Photo sent to me from my beloved to say they are wonderful darling, thank you . Except they aren’t what I ordered or paid for sadly they are a poor second cousin. Spoke to florist who said pls send a photo. Photo sent … florist later states it was a communication error between staff and they would happily send me 5 white roses to complete the bouquet ! All this is easier to comprehend when you see the photo of what was the standard bouquet not the overland above luxurious bouquet originally ordered and the photo of what was received and then how they handled the matter. I tried to meet them in the middle saying I’d ordered a second bouquet at the standard price if they upgrade it to luxury. They said sorry no all we can do is send five white roses ! Image below show standard bouquet as shown on website and the bouquet received at a little under third extra cost of the standard.

On Thursday 10/11/22,I ordered my Poppy to be made for Remembrance Friday 11th. The service I received was excellent. The guy who served me both days done an excellent job.Also showed respect toward myself as a VETERAN.Thankyou Skipps Florist.
