I was extremely desperate on very short notice to get a deep clean done. Niche assisted right away shuffling clients to squeeze me in, where no one was affected. I’ve used Niche a number of times and more recently on a regular basis. The ladies that come are always super friendly, on time and very helpful. We are delighted ⭐️
If you want a general clean, i would book with these ladies. They did a good general clean. However, I asked for a move out thorough clean. The kitchen was not done to this standard at all. Blinds in kitchen were not touched. Full of dust. Top of extractor fan, not touched. Washing machine draw not touched. Skirtings dirty. I did bring this all to their attention and they did offer a small discount and to go back in and rectify. However, It should have been done correctly in the first place.
Our previous cleaner had to stop our service owing to the financial climate. For health reasons a cleaning service is essential to us. Fortunately, Niche could not have been more helpful. They fitted us in at short notice and immediately provided us with an excellent service. Their work is of a very high standard and the firm are very professional and relaible. Excellent service,thorough cleaning by pleasant staff. We particularly like the fact that we usually get the same ladies who know what they are doing and just get on with the jobs in hand. We would thoroughly recommend Niche.
Very friendly, efficient and trustworthy staff. Standard of cleaning is excellent, with only the odd bit of dusting missed very occasionally. (Because we're all human!). The house looks great and smells really fresh after each visit. Would highly recommend.
I was in despair because the cleaning service I used occasionally had ceased trading. Then I found Niche Housekeeping Service. The staff they sent were very experienced, had worked for the previous company I used. These two ladies worked quietly and efficiently to clean my house after having kitchen alterations. I can't thank them enough. They were professional and friendly. The cost was very reasonable for the standard of work and I look forward to using this company again.
