   DO NOT USE! Previously has done a job for me so trusted him. He asked for funds upfront of £50 so I paid it. Failed to turn up then hasn’t given me the money back. Told me it’s only a pathetic £50! Disgrace of a human. Worse thing is the job was for my 91 year old grandma, which he knew!!

   Nathan came to clean my sofa and carpets, he arrived late but he did the job fine. He recommended scotch guard so my carpets would last longer. I paid £50 for him to purchase the scotch guard so he can then come and apply it. This was the end of march, it’s now July and he has ignored every message I have sent. This leaves me £50 out of pocket. Avoid this company !

   Booked through a Facebook ad. Very responsive before they came. We’ve been having work done in the house so general dust and dirty has been trampled everywhere. It was all surface dirt though and nothing I wouldn’t have expected a professional carpet cleaner to be able to remove. However our carpet was left saturated and not much cleaner than when he arrived. He took less than 30mins to ‘clean’ the carpet and charged us £45! Despite promising the carpet would be completely dry in 4 hours the carpet took 4+ days to dry and my entire lounge now smells like a damp dog it’s awful. Reported my disappointment to him an opportunity to relive it. Got a long list of excuses as to why is wasn’t clean. In the end said he’d come and re-clean it or deodorise it but never heard a word again! Please do not use, our carpet feels ruined.

   I had my Stairs and hall way cleaned 2 weeks ago. I was quite disappointed, they looked the same as before and were absolutely soaked when the guy left. The guy that came was pleasant but the cleaning took 15 minutes. I'm not sure how you can clean stairs and a hall way so fast. The price was cheap but the work wasn't done, the stairs looked the same.

   WARNING - This person came to clean our carpets in March 2022 and took away with him a prized Sheepskin Rug that came from one of our first sheep (sentimental value) telling my husband that he was going to soak it etc. 8 months later and he has not replied to any of my messages and we still have not got it back - very upsetting and we are seeing a solicitor in an attempt to get it back. I would not recommend this company!!!!

   Had this company over to clean our oven. Did not turn up on the day specified. Rearranged for next day, turned up late. Not a good job, still dirty afterwards. Would not recommend to clean your oven.

   Booked for carpet and sofa cleaning. Turned up late but did let us know. No problem. Operative left water all over the laminate floor but barely wet the carpet. It was a bit cleaner but not a lot. The main issue was with the sofa which had been dirty because our dog had unfortunately got his muddy paws everywhere. Naturally, we cleaned it ourselves but we wanted a professional to do a better job. We were told the sofa would take a while to dry but I'm not sure it ever would have as it was soaked. We had to use our own carpet/upholstery machine to extract the excess water and it was far from clean. We booked the service as a convenience but ended up having to do the job ourselves. A waste of time and money. We have tried to resolve the issue but emails have not been returned. Avoid.
