Did a better job my self when these guys had left. My car didn't look any different when they had finished they didn't even hoover properly or clean properly , missed spots where its dry and the rest is drenched. They also use your water & electric aswell as the younger guy seems to sit on his phone or sit in his BMW which isn't professional. They turned up late and wasn't even on my car half hour which is disgraceful. I think they thought because I was a young lass on my own I wouldn't say anything and When complaining to them you get nothing back, they just read the messaged an ignore you. I have even reported these due to the disgraceful service I recieved. You get a better service for £10 on analby road. Waste of £25 personally. definitely wont be using these again. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY GUYS YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.
