   I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and they used to be good. In the last 2 months they have cancelled every other week and even came on the wrong day! They have no notice about it. Impossible to contact, a contact centre answers the phone and promises someone will call you back - nobody does. I would not consider them to be reliable or consistent and due to the lies about call back I would NOT recommend this service. Please try a different company.

   Very unusual this one. I called and spoke to a lady there, she texted me a quote and I liked it but when I replied to accept I got nothing. I left voicemails and tried calling many times over the course of a month. Nothing, no response or even the professional courtesy to let me know that she didn't want to do it any more. Really let me down badly (Janette).
