   Cleaners were meant to do a deep clean. Very quick job and had to reclean entire kitchen bathroom and other areas the next day. Not thorough and when I wrote Paul he didn't respond. Paid him promptly and he replied then but after reporting the problems with the clean never heard back. The cleaners did a very rushed job and it was meant to be cleaned deeply since we're bringing a new infant and it's a very old apartment. Sad to have no response after the monies were promptly paid. Also not mentioned was that we had to pay for their transportation to and from the job for each cleaner. Never heard of this before. I believe it is only fair to pay for their hours of work at the property. Really disappointing overall wouldn't use again as just not a good enough job and I don't think it's fair to ask clients to pay for your time to get to work and then time to get to the next job. And no customer service if there is an issue. Just pay and go away mentality which is not conducive to a prolonged relationship with clients. I was going to have them back but then after I noticed all of the areas that were left untouched after asking specifically for them to be done and then no accountability from Paul I guess I'll have to find a new cleaner.
