Wow the 2 young men from Lightowlers delivered my kitchen today. What a treat to have these two men. So polite, so helpful and just such nice people.
Great service, guys were really polite and helpful, my patio and paths were filthy, everything is now spotless and looks great ready for spring/summer, I would definitely use them again.
Rubbish service they just smear dirt around they haven't replaced the soap in over a year in the middle of a pandemic they are a waste of time. Anyone that employes their " service's" should be ashamed!
Absolutely hopeless. They had to clean an oil stain on my drive and after three goes they still haven’t removed it properly. The first attempt was carried out in the pouring rain. At the finish the drive was poorly cleaned and they replaced the sand flushed out from my block paving with about a hundredweight of sand too much and said it would wash away. It was left like the Sahara Desert and they had to return to remove it. The overall cleaning was poor and the sand they replaced I’m my block paving was not weed resistant andas a result I have a drive that will soon become a lawn with weeds and grass growing on it. A previous reviewer mentioned staff attitude and I also found the response in the office rude and unhelpful.
Professional experience at all points of contact and quality work carried out at a competitive price. Will not be shopping around in the future.
Brilliant established family firm. Used them on a number of occasions and always had great service and attention to detail.
Extremely poor service throughout the contract, extremely expensive, poor levels of cleanliness, walls cleaned with mops? Poor time keeping and rude managerial and office staff. I would suggest using anyone other than lightowlers.
