   I would not recommend this company for household cleaning services. Their communication is very poor. I was not told when that weeks cleaning arrangements were changed. I was not informed of the cleaners holidays and when ringing the main office, the phone was rarely answered. The cleaners are mediocre at best. I would find things every week that were not done. Upon starting with this company I provided a list of requirements, these were not passed on to the cleaners. In the eight months I used them I had four different cleaners with no proper handover of requirements. Only once did the new Cleaner start before the old one left, and then they were expected to split the clean, with no extra time allotted for training. One of the reasons I chose LDS was the guaranteed holiday cover, this was not provided and when my cleaner was unable to make it, the best cover they could manage was four working days later. Overall I was not happy with this company.
