   Fairly large branch I do feel they need to revamp the fashion department as clothing seems a little dated. Im 67 and feel the clothing is old fashioned. Cafe is clean and very busy. Staff helpful and polite

   Visited today for some extra Christmas treats, a little busy with some queues for the till. Hats off to the chap organising the queues to keep it moving so everyone was served in a timely manner. He was so funny calling people down to the tills and asking if they were gong to 'stick or twist' to the queue they were in. Made it a funny festive experience...well done that man....sorry didn't get his name but i recall he had me laughing last year too. Merry Christmas x

   Fantastic! Clean, well stocked, helpful staff and the cafe was perfect! The food was beautiful. My 2 toddlers were very well catered for and there was plenty of space evwn though it was busy. Will be returning (like I have done many, many times!

   Not at all "disabled friendly" !! Park in Disabled space outside of entrance, NO TROLLEYS THERE!!! Got to go to other side of store. Need so go upstairs, lift in furthest away corner.........get upstairs find that item I want is DOWNSTAIRS. It's perfume, which is displayed UPSTAIRS except for the one I want which us downstairs. Back in the lift.....another track across ground floor to find item . PLEASE M&S GET SOMEONE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES TO REORGANISE YOUR STORE LAYOUT !!!!!!!!

   Visited Store and Cafe. It's quiet a decent size store. Cafe is very reasonable size and offers number of options for tea, coffee snacks etc etc. Views are good. Cleanliness is below average Staff is helpful but overworked. Crockery was clean. Seating arrangements are close but not too close. They need to open an extra til during a couple of busy hours on the weekend. Overall nice Cafe for an hour to spend.

   Nothing wrong with the store but marked down for the utter disaster that is the car park! A busy Saturday and it’s a nightmare trying to manoeuvre round. Tempers are fraying, cars beeping, narrow turns. Not worth the hassle!

   It’s a lovely store and I certainly got what I wanted today. But I’ve had to wait behind a couple of hundred cars in the car park to get out because it’s football match day. They haven’t spent one penny in any of these stores, but they use the car park whilst watching football. You need to do something about this

   Very disappointed, following brilliant service at M&S Birstall cafe where we had eggs Benedict served to take out, on asking for the same at Scunthorpe, informed unable to do so. One asks why one M&S can yet another cannot? Very annoying.

   Pity they can’t match the store to the flashy Christmas adverts. The clothing section for women is predominantly jeans and sweaters - don’t bother trying to get something nice for Christmas as all the nice glitzy stuff is only available in a size 14 and up. And the food section has been out of pizzas for the last two days. There’s an air of desperation in the store. Don’t waste your time. Get the basics

   Standard M & S branch on multiple floors. Plenty of choice and well worth waiting for the sales. Unfortunately they no longer sell the skin care formula I used to use.
