   I went into Boots Grimsby today looking for an Item, I asked a member of staff to help me, it was a Christmas Temporary called “Izzy” she went above and beyond to find this item, unfortunately the store didn’t sell it however her professionalism and great customer service left me speechless.    A smile from Bronwyn and a “Good morning, how may I help you “ would have been a nice greeting when I shopped on the Lancôme counter this morning. If I could have made my purchase elsewhere in the precinct I would have told her not to go to the bother of serving me as it was obviously an effort. Even my husband commented on her attitude.

   To be honest, it's one of those shops I don't go in rarely as I feel others are cheaper. However I went in to get some Saline and the member of staff who helped me find it was very helpful, and I went and paid at one of the make up stalls who was more than happy to help. I guess you're getting what you pay for,. And if friendly helpful staff is what you want, then I'd suggest here

   My prescription was issued from doctors on 22feb, so today 10th march after receiving no text from boots saying my prescription was ready ithoyggt I would enquire in store, to be told no it wasn't ready and I would have to wait in-store whilst they printed off( oh and no tonner for the printer either) and fill the prescription but it would be about an hour wait . What the hell , 18 bloody days

   Quite high prices aside, I usually get what I want when I go to Boots. However, I think it's ridiculous how much shelf space is devoted to electric toothbrushes, and hairdryers aren't far behind.
