   15.8.25 Today I took my two daughters to have their ears pierced, the two ladies Jayne & Aiyana not only helped me with the piercing, they helped me with my banking issues and talked to my daughters while we was waiting. Thank you for all your help & extreme kindness, you really did make our visit amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

   Excellent experience at the pharmacy in store. Came to enquire about some medication and had a full consultation with the pharmacist on duty today. He truly couldn't have been more helpful. He was incredibly thorough and sorted me a prescription within 15 minutes. Such a friendly and efficient service and I'm very grateful for his help.

   Anne, the deputy manager, was very helpful. I had a few question about the range of products I was buying; she went into the storeroom for me, twice!; she refunded me the cost of a click n collect order against more appropriate items; all of this with a pleasant manner. Caitlin, at the cash desk, helped me with the original click n collect, and other advice. Top drawer service all round!!

   This is for the Pharmacy dept . Rude attitude by same person each time been to purchase. Sent my husband the next time and he left without buying in the end and underdstood what I meant . Would not return to the Pharmacy . Maybe the employees in the shop can give her some tips on manners and service as they are always polite and good service . .
