   Booked my daughter in at this store for her ears to be pierced. It was a treat for her Birthday and something she had looked forward to for weeks. When we turned up for the pre booked appointment we were told the lady who did these had left for the day at 2pm, despite us having a booking at 3!! We were told by the staff on the shop floor that there had been a miscommunication and we should re book although we were told our booking was in the diary!! We were offered no real apology or alternative appointment (not that we would spend our money there now anyway). Really poor customer service, my daughter was left crying in the store. Avoid any disappointment and just don’t book here!

   Accused me of stealing and was horrible about asking them to check cctv wasn't having any of it. Was looking for Christmas presents for my mum picked some Foundation up, decided not to get it because i have no idea about makeup, put it back came in later after googling what to get and a member of staff said id put some up my sleeve and walked out with it. When theyd seen non was actually missing gave the most lazy apology ever and walked off. Could have at least checked any was missing before confronting me maybe? Embarrassing
