   I am very unhappy with the service provided by Tilly's Tails. I appreciate that I require 12 hours care for my dog however, I was promised that this was something the owner would be able to provide prior to any bookings being made. Sadly when I contacted the company to inform of drop of and pick up times I was informed only one day before our dogs pre booked care that he would not be able to do this anymore and I do not believe that the owner was going to contact me regarding this if I hadn't contacted him first. Fair to say I am very disappointed and would not recommend.

   5 star service. Michelle and drew looked after my 2 Staffordshire bull terriers, max who is 5 and the craziest dog you will ever meet and his brother rocky who is 3 and has epilepsy. Rocky need full time care and must takes tablet 4 times a day. He had a seizure and they did everything they were ment to and because of there experience and knowledge he recovered great with no issues. They did a fantastic job and gave them both all the love and attention they needed, I can't recommend them both enough.
