   Went in today to buy my wife’s Christmas present Lancôme Tres Or. Very helpful stunningly beautiful assistant was just so nice. It made the sale special and made me realise why we love them so much.

   I've been to Boots stores in many locations around the UK and Ireland, as well as other countries such as UAE. I've always found the staff to be really helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the store in Scunthorpe on the North Lincolnshire Shopping Park is the exception. Whilst the store itself is nice, the staff are consistently surly, rude and unhelpful. A lot of people I've spoken too, also dread going into this store due to the nature of the staff. It's such a shame, as I've always loved Boots and it's products, but this store really is awful. The staff need training in basic customer service skills such as saying please and thank you and making eye contact!

   Absolutely disgusting customer service. Yes, we arrived at 8.50pm for my prescription, so it was nearly closing time. But, the buzzer was ignored for 10 minutes! The pharmacist came to the window, told us it was closed, very rudely and put the shutter down!!! Luckily my daughter rang around 8.58pm and got through and a lady came through to give me my medication. However, she was also rude! Our whole family use this service for our prescriptions: we will not be any longer.

   Visited the store last night 26.10.2023 was served by a very polite friendly lady named Carol. She helped me on the new self serve till but as I had a coupon to redeem it couldn't be done. She said no problem I can do it on the manual till for you, and proceeded to take my purchases over and redeemed my coupon for me. Thankyou

   No stock very empty shelves ..very little staff ..no one to help when needed it .same every Christmas but even through the year .needs a good clean ..and fully stock your shelves and range and I may shop there again.. not very inviting

Karen in the pharmacy department was not only professional in her manner but she showed great warmth and empathy to myself and my husband at a time of great concern.
