give them more staff! been coming here a few years staff always helpful yet over time there seems to be less and less staff waiting times to even buy a drink are a joke , BOOTS HEAD OFFICE sort it out
Great store. Early (8:30) open, nice friendly staff. Expensive but all Boots are, pharmacist side is what I mainly use and that's fast and efficient.
Unfortunately the prescription texting service let's the store down. You get a text telling you it's ready when you haven't put an order in. You get a text telling you it's time to order when you haven't collected the current order. You get a text to collect your prescription then when you get there the staff tell you it's not ready or they've only just received it. I've stopped counting the amount of times we've turned up to have to come back again. The texting service really does let the store down.
Scunthorpe High Street Boots. Absolutely disgusted, 3 days on the trot I have been in to get my repeat prescription to be told they only have 1 item, no I should have 8 items. After a few taps of the computer they found the other 7 and then told that it wasn't ready. So it's Saturday and it's taken them 3 days to find my prescription and it miraculously is found, but there's nothing they can do. Thank you Boots for messing with my Diabetes I guess I will have to be treated by A and E as I don't have the medication to sort myself out.

Boots fine but Scunthorpe town centre is not a nice place to visit, does not feel safe
Standard high street branch, plenty of choice and it's all one one floor so it's wheelchair accessible.
I came here for some aftershave for Christmas as they had a particular gift set I wanted for Christmas, it wasn't on the shelf and the very busy lady went in the back and actually found me one that had came on delivery, I was really impressed, it was bigger than the one online but they had 20% of selected fragrances so I managed to get double the ml for nearly the same price, very happy
It's okay, bought some shower gel listed to random people complaining about rashes. Poor staffing, standard multiple.
Numerous times in the past I've been left waiting for a long time at the pharmacy counter without being acknowledged. There always seems to be an issue when collecting prescriptions. Shop isn't too bad.
