   Hi everyone, I went into Ramsdens on Saturday(22-11-25) For the very first time for a valuation on a bracelet. I did go dressed rather shabbily i.e. wolly hat, black gloves while waiting for the door to be open after pressing the buzzer.Instantly the door was open and I was met with a warm welcome from Chris and his assistant. I proceeded to inform them of what i was looking for. They were both absolutely amazing, courteous, profesional and they answered all my many questions to my full satisfaction. I must have been in the shop at least 30 minutes and Chris really did go out his way to make me feel welcome. I myself did feel intimidated as I was aware of the expensive items which were on display & it was as mentioned my first visit to a jewellery shop to sell an item. A truly satisfying experience a big thank you to a dedicated team with plenty of experience, knowledge and fantastic customer service skills. Nowadays unfortunately many shops that I've visited the staff dont even have the time to talk to you let alone answer a question, No disrespect to anyone , just a personal opinion. The team at Ramsdens what can i say Keep up the excellent work!! Kind regards Immi
