   I have used this florist for many many years for floral gifts for family and friends so when I needed a floral arrangement for my dads funeral I had no hesitation in calling and discussing my planned tribute I discussed and place my order well in advance because of the pending Christmas and New Year closure and then phoned several days before the funeral to check all was ok and requested a photo of the tribute either by email or WhatsApp when it was ready as I was not local and would not see the tribute until the crematorium. I was told this was not a problem and they would be happy to accommodate I left all my contact details a second time , however they were on the original order sheet . I was extremely disappointed I did not receive any photo as promised - thanks Caroline ! The flowers and corner arrangement were not the flowers or colours I requested and I was not consulted regarding the proposed changes. The tribute looked tired , and a wilted red rose had been included in the tribute that was all black round the edges . The bespoke touch relating to my fathers hobby appeared to have been stuck on with no real thought or effort . If you are ordering by phone or email you don’t actually see what your getting Very disappointing final tribute to a much loved parent . If I could give zero stars I would but you need one to get your review published .

   I came in the shop today, I need 11 centre pieces for my wedding next year, first thing they said is they don’t have my date available, I said we will collect them and take them ourselves, they then commented on if our vehicles would hold all the flowers, I said yes they will. They then questions that a further 3 times. It’s our responsibility to collect the flowers and transport them. I asked about prices, they said ‘they’re expensive’ I said please can I have a price, they still didn’t give me a price. The woman didn’t want to know and was quite rude. She was more bothered what’s happening with covid and said ‘it’s so difficult to give you any information because of brexit’… it’s difficult to plan a wedding when you’re being so unhelpful. This was my first florist I had visited abs honestly it’s made the experience horrible for me.

   The flowers you did to go on my mum's coffin were absolutely amazing. I'd requested roses, sweet peas, freesia and big chrysanthemums with lots of pretty colours. These flowers had special meanings for me and my family. They were all there and so much more- what a stunning display. Everyone at the church commented on them. What a talented, fabulous florist shop you are. Thank you.

The combination of the colours and flowers was fabulous..just loved the droplets of water on the Roses. Your customer service is first class and the quality is stunning.
