   I've been to Scott for my previous 3 piercings and wouldn't go anywhere else. Scott is knowledgeable, friendly and brilliant at putting me at ease. He's managed to accommodate me last minute and is really thorough in his aftercare ☺️ he even suggested I wait for my next piercing for my own well-being rather than take my money and it cause me issues in healing. Any piercer that puts the customer above profit is 10/10 ☺️

   Was not a bad experience when getting my 8 year olds ear pierced. Seemed quite friendly. However, we are having trouble with it, wont heal, puss, crusty... I have messaged Scott to see if he would mind looking at it as im concerned it could be infected. Scott wants to charge me to "look" at his ear. Called another piercing shop who would be happy to look free of charge. I could understand if this wasn't done here, but the piercing was done here and has not been ok since it was done. I did question why he would charge to "look" at his ear. He said for gloves :/ its not the price I am complaining about, I just feel there is a duty of care to the child that had his piercing done.

   What a fab experience!! Went with my daughter to have my Tragus and my daughters ears pierced. I was a little apprehensive but I really didn’t need to be. Scott was kind helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We love love love our piercings!! Xxx

   Right from the start I found the whole process very easy. Booking was a doddle, Scott made contact out of business hours and ensured we knew everything we needed. He did navel piercings on my two teenage daughters. He was great with both of them. They were both nervous but Scott put them at ease and everything was done quickly and professionally.
