Location was very tidy and at a clinical clean standard. Staff member explained the pricing and options in detail as well as completing pre-piercing paperwork to make sure everything was good before having the piercing done. The progress was quick and over in very little time. Would happy recommend to others.
My daughter had her septum pierced by Jenna. The service was very professional, the piercing has healed with no issues and sits perfectly symmetrical. The studio was clean, inviting and friendly. The price was great value and we would highly recommend!

My 7 year old daughter had her ears pierced here on Tuesday 19th August, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Firstly, the pricing wasn’t made clear. We were under the impression that piercings started at £40, but we were charged £56 without any proper explanation about the different earring options or costs beforehand. More importantly, the manner of the staff member who carried out the piercing was very cold and lacking in compassion. My daughter has never had her ears pierced before, and understandably felt nervous. The process felt rushed and mechanical, with no effort to reassure her or show any kindness. After the first ear was pierced, my daughter was crying and clearly needed a moment, but I had to step in and ask for a pause as the piercer was moving straight onto the second ear. Instead of offering support, she made comments such as “if you say no, I won’t continue” and “you could hurt me or I could hurt you,” which only made the situation worse. As a parent, it was very upsetting to watch. I was so focused on my daughter’s distress that I didn’t feel able to speak up in the moment, but on reflection I feel this needs to be shared. Since then my daughter has been having nightmares, telling people she never wants her ears pierced again, and describing the piercer as “the nasty lady who didn’t even smile.” I completely understand that ear piercing is a business, but when working with young children, empathy and patience are just as important as efficiency. Sadly, we didn’t experience that here, and I would not recommend this place for children’s piercings.
Very knowledgeable staff and great prices. Good selection of jewellery yo choose from for your piercing and aftercare products too if you need. A nice selection of items in the shop too.
