   We've been doing self catering cottages for almost 30 years and Chirk Cottage is most definately one of the very best. Clean and beautifully presented from the cake on arrival, delicious by the way, to the milk in the fridge, the doggy box with bowls, beds,towels and treats, the owners go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Beautiful setting with all amenities close by and you can even walk your dog around the grounds on a dedicated path. You'll need wellies if it's wet. We would not hesitate to recommend Hill House Farm and hope to return.

   Great quiet location, really handy having access to your own dog walking field. Perfect first holiday for our Bulldog to get used to being somewhere other than home. If you stay make sure you eat at the nearby Fishpool Inn

   Quiet, cosy, relaxing break not too far from local village of Tarporley. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. We arrived on Friday evening to a nice warm cottage with a log burner, and home made lemon drizzle cake. Lovely views across the meadows. Peaceful and tranquil. There are 2 Westie dogs which greet you most days and love a fuss. If you want a nice relaxing break off the beaten track, I would strongly recommend this place.
