   I have been a patient of Sandy at Edify Psychological Services for 5 and a half years, having battled with co-existing ADHD & OCD from my earliest memory, I massively struggled for a number of years with being able to understand & control my own mind. Sandy goes above & beyond any expectation I previously had of therapists, she is extremely knowledgeable & passionate in her work. She has a genuine care & concern for her clients, starting therapy can be terrifying but she has a way of making you instantly feel comfortable and at ease. This has enabled me to open up in ways I never thought possible with previous therapists. After years of failed therapy attempts with the NHS and numerous missed opportunities of ADHD diagnosis throughout my childhood & education, I lost faith in the idea of therapy or ever improving mentally. Sandy has not only restored my faith in therapy but actually uncovered my undiagnosed ADHD, leading to me being diagnosed & medicated, which alongside therapy has been life changing. I dread to think where I would be now without Sandys help & support. She has truly been and continues to be a lifeline, I can not recommend her enough.

   I seeked the support of Sandy a few years back when my life was full of doubt and uncertainty, unable to find a solution to my thoughts and actions, surrounding me was negativity on a daily basis which was unbearable and quite often felt almost deadly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you Sandy, for simply listening to me and guiding me and my thoughts to a better healthy way of life.
