I went to see Jessica after 3 bereavements in short succession I'd got myself in a rut of over thinking things and shutting down to those closest to me. She helped to process what I was doing and why I was doing in a very short space of time, she listened to me cry but also listened to me laugh. She changed my mindset and I am now dealing with things in a different manner knowing that if I need help in the future I can return. Thank you so much for helping me through a very difficult time
