   Took my Cairn terrier this morning for her 1st groom for a while (like a long while). I contacted her through Facebook where she has a lot more of a presence. Explained how Betty is old and a very nervous dog(scared of her own shadow) and has problems with itchy skin. She assured me that the products she uses are natural but I could bring a prescribed shampoo if she had one. It was nice to read on Facebook that she only has one dog in at a time, has won awards for her grooming in the past, explains what products she uses. I felt confident in choosing her. It was her first time going here so I was a bit nervous, but I didn't need to be. She discussed what length and style I wanted. Betty happily went in, and didn't bother when I left. Collected her an hour and a quarter later, to a happy dog who looked amazing. She so soft, her cut is fantastic. I don't think she's ever had such a good cut before. Highly recommend. You do have to book in advance though, which I think is a sign of a good groomer. I will be taking Betty there again.

   After our mini schnauzers suffered a monstrous cut by supposedly top groomer, Nicky offered to have look at the hack job, not only did she look but also re cut both dogs, when we returned to the salon, absolutely gob smacked the boy's looked absolutely fantastic , can't thank her enough, thanks Harvey & Frankie ( the Boy's)
