   I can’t thank Andrea enough, managed to fit in my 2 dogs after being let down very last minute by another groomer. The groom on both of them was amazing, one of my dogs is nervous and it was clear from arriving they were in great hands and Andrea couldn’t wait to give them a cuddle. I’m so thankful to have found Andrea and for her to agree to add them onto her books for future grooms. Thank you again!

   Millie loves going to the groom room. She is a nervous girl but she has got alot better since the first visit and now settles quickly. When we pick her up she is laying on the bed or playing with her friends. Also the groom is 1st class

   I’m so happy I found the Groom Room! Andrea gives our Malshi dog the best cuts I’ve come across - seriously! It’s an absolute joy taking our doggo to get his haircuts and Andrea is so accommodating, a pleasure to be around and is very talented at grooming dogs. Literally the best dog groomer I’ve ever taken my dog to!

   Michelle Adams. Andrea is amazing with all her dogs. Grooming boarding and in general. She always goes the extra mile to make sure that dogs and owners are happy in the environment. I have just read your comment, and have to say I am amazed but what you have put. For one I was there assisting her that day when you 3 dogs came in for a groom. While I was bathing your first dog I noticed a number of sores/scabs then noticed large fleas feeding off the areas. I cleaned off the normal shampoo at which point Andrea had to cancel all the other dogs following yours booked in for grooms. We then checked your other 2 dogs which were also infested with fleas and sores. At this point I bathed all your 3 dogs with flea shampoo which is not a treatment but a prevention. Your dogs were also matted which was a result of your 3 dogs having to have had there coats cut so short. No groomer in this world could have got a normal hairbrush threw it never mind a comb or clippers?? I would like to know what vets you actually went to. As I am sure they would have explained to you that your dogs had a severe case of fleas. I have also have NVQ level 3 in animal welfare and never seen as case like this. Perhaps if you brush your dogs and maintain flea treatment in future you might find that a groomer won't have to take so much coat of. Andrea also had to get in peat control loosing herself money for 2 days work for your 3 dogs. As had to have the room sorted. You also failed to answer your phone numerous time durin the day for Andrea to ask you to come and collect your dogs. I hope this resolves the situation for your negative feedback.    Took my 3 dogs here. Told they had fleas and flea treated them without calling me to ask permission first. Then charged me for it. My dogs are flea treated from the vets each month. Called into vets next day. Vet said there was no sign of fleas being there. Then asked who cut them He thought I'd done it as she had cut all their face hair off and tail fur. Doesn't know how to groom I think. Never going back. Not sure she's qualified . Or would know a dogs tail and face doesn't get shaved. Very bad service. Very disappointed. My vet was disgusted. You can't groom don't do the job. My advice go somewhere else. Where they actually call you to see if you want something doing. Not just do it and charge you for it. Shameful My dogs look awful

   I would imagine that most dog groomers do their job because of their love for animals. The Groom Room however go the extra mile. My 2 dogs go in there looking scruffy and somewhat miserable but come out with a new lease of life!! I have tried several dog groomers over the years but none as good as The Groom Room. Thank you so much xxxxx
