   Enjoyed a 1 hour Thai oil massage with Baiya today. Definitely the best I’ve had and I’ve tried quite a few places. She was so warm and welcoming, the massage was great and she also gave me a few tips on how to release tension in certain areas that I can do in my own time at home.    Absolutely incredible massage from Daniel today, Annie was also amazing last time, for someone that has massages all of the time for pain management due to a whole host of health conditions, I genuinely cannot even begin to put into words the skillset and level of the Therapists at Body & Mind MOT. I have gotten an hour thai massage and was also asked specific areas in where you feel needs attending to. So each person will get tailored experience! I will definitely recommend this place!

   Body and mind MOT 65 is the best in holistic therapy, the team offer world class treatments including Nuad Toksen an ancient massage technique using a hammer that work your sen lines with rhythmic tapping.
