Absolutely amazing I use these regularly such friendly and caring staff dogs always look happy plenty of tail wagging also great range of frozen foods and treats for your pooch. Would highly recommend
My dog has been traumatised, not sure whether by the other dogs there or by "the experience". He has been groomed at the branch in Eccy before quite happily. But has come away from here terrified. Nearly a week later he is still not himself. He doesnt come to greet us and cowers away in the corner.
Francesca is so amazing with my Teddy for his grooming! Teddy is a very difficult dog to get along with and doesnt like many people Shes so patient, yet very profeessional! However she gets to do what she does with him I am amazed Thank you so much Claire & Teddy
I took my puppy Teddy for his first grooming session and couldn’t be happier with how it went! The staff were incredibly friendly and made Teddy feel at ease, even though he was a bit timid at first. They did an amazing job with his cut, just in time for the hot weather. The salon looks fantastic, and I really appreciate the top-notch service. I wouldn’t change a thing and will definitely be coming back!
Lovely people and cut for my mini poodle
Took my poodle to be groomed by Amy. She was so accommodating and allowed him to have a look round and meet the week before his pamper. He can be a bit anxious so this really helped him to settle and have a fabulous groom. 5star service thank you
