These gyms are amazing, really good equipment, lovely staff. I feel like you get so so much for your membership: access to multiple gyms, swimming, sauna, fitness classes if I had the time I would be there every day!! So good

Been a member of this gym at Nantwich for the past 2 years. Absolutely no facilities for the fees you charge which is nearly £40 a month. You don’t have separate charge rooms, showers and wash sinks for people who use the gym, it’s all combined with the ones who use the swimming pool. You do not have drinking water filling stations for gym users which is such an inconvenience in this summer. On top of which the gym floor is used by your trainers to train people during busy times- there should be a studio separately to have this done. You can pick a cue or two from PureGym that only charges half your price from members. And you should have more Pilates and yoga classes over the weekend for people who work on the weekdays. Ridiculous!

This is my all time favourite. Affordable gym rates, lots of equipment, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room… Spa facilities however only in Holmes Chapel and Congleton..

My daughter was hit in the head by the glass door at the soft play by a member of staff! My Mum & my daughter went to the soft play at the congleton leisure centre and as they were leaving together stood by the entry/entry door. The lady behind the counter opened it on to my 17 month old baby knocking her head, and her over. My mum and daughter were stood holding hands preparing to push the button to go. This isn’t the first time and not the last time either this has happened to young children. It is not a child friendly design. The design itself is a glass door, that when the lady working at the counter opens it for other guests entering the softplay,, she cannot clearly see if anyone is at the door getting ready to exit as there is a large beam blocking the view. The door also only opens one way, into the soft play - surely if there is an unclear POV of anyone at the exit then it should open outwards to people entry where the softplay operative can see if they have are safe to open it. It’s glass too? What a stupid idea - kids don’t know it’s there? My daughter did no wrong, she was stood with her gran getting ready to go and my mum was about to press the leaving button. Instead she got knocked in the temple by a glass door by someone behind the counter who couldn’t be bothered to check if it was safe to open- the door swings at such a speed it knocked her over. You are lucky she didn’t crack her head open on the floor or a table or chair. She had an accident report done and first aid come as she was in such a state. Who were quick to the scene. I rang the leisure centre up to say this isn’t good enough and I was told I would review a call from the site manager - this still hasn’t happened and this event happened on wednesday 11th sept. Now it says Congleton leisure centre can’t accept any liabilities for accidents, how about an injury caused by a member of staff as a result of a facility design flaw? Hmmmm I will continue to escalate this so it doesn’t happen to any other child and seek liability for this accident. My daughter is a baby, she should be safe at a soft play!! The fact I was promised a call and haven’t got one is disgusting. The fact my daughter was hurt because staff is disgusting. This could have escalated - she could have cracked her head open on the door, or hit her head on the corner of the glass door - luckily she didn’t.

Applied on the 9th Jan for the people's assistant role, was offered two days of interviews to choose from, non of which suited. I emailed to say I couldn't attend. My only availability was no good either. So was informed they couldn't accommodate what dates/times I could do. Utterly disappointed after being shortlisted for an interview. Very inflexible and unfair!
