I've only taken my dog twice, but a really friendly place and they had to scissor cut because she's terrified of the clippers. My dog, not the owner of course. Will certainly be going back.

Rang this morning, 9-15 am, in the 'shop' 12-20 and came out with Nellie's claws trimmed at 12-30. Super job done and Nelly got a gentle brush while it was being done. Why did I ever trim them at home?
Fred and Henry's first visit to Dashing Dogs age 6 months today. They both had a great time and so did I. A fab job and a relaxing atmosphere full marks to Kath for her skill and patience.
Will just say, first time dog owner, and of a rescue dog. Made an appointment. Missed the appointment and the lovely lady allowed me to change it to the next day. My dog came out looking fantastic and so much better. Lovely staff and would completely go again when she's needing a trim.
Happy dogs! Our first experience with the new owners. Our two dogs look great. We have used Lin and Sam for years and the new team did a fantastic job. We have a very nervous dog who was completely relaxed and happy. Great grooming - Thank you
Beyond disappointed, I’ve used Sam and Lin for nearly 3 years and they always did a top job and I’d book up months in advance. The new owner is a complete disaster, my little dog looks absolutely awful, her legs are unevenly hacked, her heads nearly shaved bald, she has an open wound on her ear, her face looks ridiculous, her bottom was left dirty, her ears not cut, a really horrible experience for such a lovely little dog who always came bouncing out after a groom looking and smelling amazing. The owner at least had the decency not to charge me. I’ve cancelled my future bookings and definitely not use again.
