Best surgery I’ve known. Always so quick at responding. After the switch to online triage form you don’t need to wait on the phone when they open anymore, you just fill in the form and always get a quick response. All GPs and nurses I’ve had appointments with have been great. Really grateful to have them locally.
Was probably the best GP surgery around. Now the service and patient care is nonexistent. They went fully digital in October. Now I cannot order repeat prescriptions at all and cannot see a doctor with an online triage and all the other hoops they make you jump through to avoid seeing you. It has been a slow decline since covid. The digital switch has become the final nail in the coffin of a once brilliant surgery. They should be ashamed!!!
My wife and I recently changed to this GP practice and cannot believe how well this practice is run. Really friendly patient focused and so efficient! After going to the Tardis Surgery in Cheadle for 20yrs which isn't well run the Alton Surgery is like a breath of fresh air!

for me, the health care centre is an important part of the community that one lives in and the level of care that one receives is a key part of how one feels about that community. i can say in the 3 years i have lived here that i have received nothing other than friendly, helpful advice, i have been listened too and received such a wonderful level of care throughout the practice that if i receive anything close to in my new home in kent, then i will consider myself fortunate indeed. i am DEEPLY appreciative of how i have been looked after. thank you to everyone.
Fantastic surgery, Lovely Dr's, Dr Johnson & Dr Brown really make you feel comfy and like your been listened too. Debbie the Nurse is just as wonderful as are the reception & dispensary staff. Appointments are easy to get and wait time is minimal, ill be sad to have to leave them when we move

Nice experience with Dr M Abdala. Nevrr seen before but I would definitely see him again..
