Service Review Deep clean I do not recommend this service provider, as the written quote did not specify that the hourly rate was to be charged per person. If that is indeed the case, it must be clearly stated in writing—not explained afterwards. The house was clean, but we will not be working with this provider again. If the provider claims that this was "verbally communicated," such a statement holds no legal validity in this context—and, in fact, is untrue. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing.
I cannot recommend the team at EM domestic cleaning enough, we have them every week and they are thorough and do an amazing job they are friendly/honest & hardworking and I love the house each week after they leave it spotless. They also did an amazing deep clean job when they first started with us including all of the bathroom tiles etc - highly reccomended!

I have employed several cleaners over the years and Em is the best cleaner that I have ever had. She goes over and above her duties. This is always with a smile on her face.
